Next time my good friend Jorge suggests we tackle a series of films, I will ask him to do some research on the collected works before we do any viewing. Case in point: the Whispering Corridors series (not to mention the horrendous Witchcraft debacle). This soft-horror series is about as dull as horror gets, and sometimes, like this entry in the flailing franchise, the film can barely be considered a fright flick.

This will be the shortest review in the world. The movie is about two girls, Hyo-Shin and Shi-eun, lesbian schoolgirls that deal with the angst of their love in the turmoil that is high school...but it is not as interesting (or sexy) as that description. Hyo and Shi keep a diary that they share and is really pointless and useless but a lot of time is wasted on this device that leads to nothing....ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!

Hyo-Shin commits suicide about 35 minutes into a movie that has severely tried my patience and made me wonder if I was watching a Lifetime Channel drama instead. Then, 55 minutes into the 90 minute movie we get out first supernatural occurrence. It appears that Hyo has returned as vengeful ghost and locks the mean schoolgirls in the school but does nothing, really. Then Shi realizes that she was mean to Hyo and when she denied her Lesbo love that made Hyo kill herself. Also, a teacher might have gotten Hyo pregnant, it is never really clear. Then the movie ends with no real resolution.
